Hello, I'm Noah Adasi.
I'm an electrical and electronic engineer and a Teaching and Research Assistant at Ashesi University in Ghana. I grew up in a farming village in Ahafo and was the first in my extended family to earn a university degree. Today I teach engineering students, do research, help build two young companies, and mentor students who come from places like mine.
About
I studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Ashesi University as a Mastercard Foundation Scholar and graduated in 2024. Since then I have stayed on as a Teaching and Research Assistant. I support graduate and undergraduate courses in Signals and Systems, Digital Signal Processing, Communication Systems and Engineering Calculus, and I work on research with faculty in the Engineering department.
I like work that ends in something people can use. My final-year project was a machine learning scarecrow that protects rice farms and runs fully offline on a Raspberry Pi. Since then, I have co-authored papers on wireless channel prediction and FPGA hardware acceleration, and I am exploring how signal processing can protect personal data in AI systems.
Teaching is a big part of my week. I teach GRE, GMAT and SAT mathematics at EducationUSA in Accra, and I post free engineering lessons on my YouTube channel, The Knowledge Centre.
What I Work On
Research
Signal processing and machine learning: privacy in AI training data, channel prediction for wireless systems, and hardware acceleration.
Teaching
University courses at Ashesi, test-prep mathematics at EducationUSA, and free video lessons for students anywhere.
Ventures & Community
Clean energy work with HETUS Engineering, affordable test prep with JubileTest, and mentoring through the NPath Foundation.
